Construction Update - October 2025
Every day brings Highforest a step closer to reality, with construction progressing rapidly across the site since our last update in June.
We are excited to share that we will be welcoming our first residents into their new homes shortly in the Treeview precinct, a significant milestone for the Highforest community. With works here nearing completion, construction has now commenced in the Central Housing Precinct.
The apartments site has been progressing well, structural work across all four buildings has reached levels 6 and 7, and facade installation is now underway.
